Phone is hung up on installing ios10 at itunes
The phone shows a picture of the iTunes with the power cord coming up to it and I won't move past that

Make sure you have the latest version of itunes that was released today. Then plug your phone into the computer and tell itunes to update it from there. The download of the IOS 10.0.1 software will take a while since it is over 2GB and the install takes a while too.
